Pack 184 Camping Trip 7/27

Mark you Calendars now!!  Saturday July 27th
Pack 184 has reserved space for 40 people to tent camp at Pine Grove Furnace State Park
This is a fun, family park.  Check the link above for details but there is a pond for swimming, fishing, boat rentals, hiking, bicycle trails, and this is located on the half-way point for the Appalachian Trail (1090.5 mile N to Maine and also 1090.5mi South to Georgia.)
The group camping site is primitive style, meaning we need to take our trash with us, no Electric, and pit toilets, but it is a great location.  The parking area, however is right there, so you do not need to pack your gear in.  The parking lot is 50-100yrds from the camp sites.
There is a "modern" campground a few hundred yards down the road with flush toilets if that is a deal breaker.  If you need electric please reserve a site at the main campground, but do it soon as only a few sites remain.
Let your leaders know if you definitely want to attend as space is limited to 40.  We will keep the pack updated on availability.
Cost will be minimal for the site.
