FREE Summer Camp Physicals!
Dr. Phil Billoni, our former Pack Committee Chair, has kindly offered to conduct camp physicals on Monday April 11, starting at 6:30PM. First Come, First Served. Be prepared to wait your turn. Those who have den meetings may attend the meeting and we will call you out in turn. Bring your completed medical forms A B & C!! We will not have blank copies available - print them from the website: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf

If you are attending full week camp (>72 hrs) you must have medical form Part C filled out by a physician. Scouts as well as Adults who are attending camp should plan to get this done ASAP. ALL MEDICAL FORMS AS WELL AS PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED BY MAY 1 IN ORDER FOR OUR PACK TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED CAMP RATE!
