CAMP CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT DUE!
OUR PACK WILL ATTEND CAMP MACK SUMMER CAMP - FRIDAY, JUNE 14th - 16th
PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR DEN LEADER BY EMAIL YES/NO ASAP WITH SCOUT AND PARENT PLANNING TO ATTEND!
- WE NEED TO GET THE DEPOSIT AND NUMBER OF CAMPERS AND PARENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND CAMP TURNED IN BY:
- WEDNESDAY MARCH 13TH
- NO FORM TO COMPLETE AT THIS TIME:
- We simply need a confirmation of who plans to attend. The Pack will be turning in one form with the total number planning to attend along with the deposit.
- $25 DEPOSIT FEE FOR EACH SCOUT AND PARENT IS DUE!
- Turn in your deposit checks to your Den Leader no later than Wednesday, March 11th.
- Checks can be made payable to PACK 184.
- PLEASE NOTE: You are committing to a nonrefundable $25 deposit!
- If you decide later that your scout and/or you will not attend camp you will lose the deposit – this is nonnegotiable. Again, if you commit, the deposit is owed regardless of attendance.If you do not reserve a spot with the pack by 3/13, you are not guaranteed a spot! This cannot be negotiated. We have had problems with this in the past and were not able to add any more campers at a later date.
